On the top of a cliff with breathtaking views to the sea and Formentera on the background, you can enjoy a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, but still 15 min drive away from the wide range of restaurants, bars and amenities of Ibiza town.
Just at a 3 min drive we find “Cala Jondal” beach: where the famous Blue Marlin is.
At 8 min. walking we find the Phoenician settlement of Sa Caleta,one of the first settlements on the islands,not strange that they opted to stay there,seeing the amazing views, the turquoise waters and the good weather of this area.
The villa, that can accommodate up to 8 persons, has 4 bedrooms (1 suite with double bed,2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 with twin beds) and 4 bathrooms,a luminous equipped kitchen, one living room with flat screen Sat TV and DVD, and another living room which overlooks the pool area and the sea behind. Also a lounge with a bar to have a drink, barbecue in the garden, terraces, A/C, Wi-fi, alarm system, pool 10X5 mts with sunbeds and parasols. | Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1: suite with double bed and big window facing the sea and A/C, Bedroom 2: double bed with A/C, Bedroom 3: twin beds and A/C, Bedroom 4: double bed with fan. | | Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to "bedroom 1" with bath and wc. Bathroom for "Bedroom 2" and "Bedroom 3" with bath and wc. Bathroom 3 with shower and wc. And finally exterior bathroom with shower and wc. | | Kitchen: | Luminous kitchen equipped with cooker, large hob, fridge with freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dinning table, cupboards, coffee making facilities, toaster... The villa is divided in two houses: one of them accommodates the clients, and the other can accommodate the domestic service they can have. Or also one can be for our guests and the other for invited friends, keeping privacy each one.
Also a Safety box is available.
Outside
The villa has several terraces with outdoor furniture to stay in the shadow and in the sun like sofas, armchairs, tables, sunbeds, parasols, a little chill-out, benches... There is a covered dinning area besides the barbecue (this with bar, and a little sink).
The private swimming pool is 10 X 5 mts with sea views, and has an exterior teak shower to refresh yourself in hot days.
Garden with fruit trees where you can stroll arround, also you can go for a walk in the forest that surrounds the villa with no cars, no noises and discover the charming area of the Salinas Natural Park.
Coast/Beach
Sa Caleta beach is 3 min. walking, you just need to take towel,swimsuit and sandals!We recommend swimming the first hours of the morning, when this little beach is quiet and the shallow waters are crystalline and still. Very good for children and elder people.
Cala Jondal is 3 min. driving.There you find four chic beach restaurants.
Ses Salines and Es Cavallet are 10 min. driving with its famous "chiringuitos" like Malibu, Sa Trinxa... |
