Aguas Salinas is a contemporary house located on a hillside between Ibiza town and San José. Centrally located, the villa can be reached by a short drive from the main road, an extremely quiet location. It is not visible from any other property and is therefore extremely private.

From the property the best beaches, restaurants and the airport can be reached in maximum five to ten minutes.

The interiors of the house are spacious and cool with all modern conveniences.

Air conditioning throughout the whole house. There are several living areas including a TV den with SKY, a large dining room for cooler evenings and a fabulous open plan kitchen.

There are 9 double bedrooms of which seven are in the main house and two are in their own self contained guest cottages, one of which has a kitchenette. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the master bedroom has two bathrooms. The bedrooms all have their own TV & DVD player, King size mattresses.

The 12 m x 7 m pool is located at the back of the house and has a large and comfortable outdoor sitting area and chill out. There are twenty sun beds, several outdoor sofas and dining areas. The views from the pool area are of Salinas and beyond to Formentera. There is an outside kitchen with BBQ and a Bose sound system with speakers and iPod hook up outside and inside the house.

The tennis court which is situated next to the entrance of the house has its own cabana and is also flood lit for night time matches.
